My specialty as a coach is facilitating your process of passionately creating and successfully implementing a plan for change. By creating a collaborative coaching partnership dedicated to your specific outcomes, you build the best you, at work and at home.

Business Experience:  Earning my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute deepened my profound respect for people in the midst of challenging life changes. Aside from private practice, I worked at U.C.S.B. in alcohol/drug abuse prevention and education, and as a professional liaison between teachers and parents of at-risk children. For ten years I ran my own specialized jewelry design business, and for another ten years was an Environmental Consultant. Throughout my life I have taken on new challenges and faced many changes – some I have chosen, some I did not. With both, the key to a sustainable transition has been to be present in the moment, and to take change one step at a time.

Coaching Statement:  I believe deeply in our continual capacity to learn and grow. I look forward to meeting you along your path.
